This luxury villa was built in 2007. It sits high on a hill at 35 meter above the sea level with unobstructed and 180 degree panoramic sea views of the gorgeous and peaceful Ao Yon Bay near Cape Panwa.Other surrounding islands and Chalong Bay picturing the horizon.
Ao Yon bay is located in the southeast of Phuket and because of its shape and location this is one of the very few natural shelters for many private boats and yachts throughout the year.
Together the area comprises of nine private villas. It is gates and walled and includes a 24/7 private security personnel. On arrival day you will be greeted in our lush green private garden with cold towels and a welcome drink.
After entering the house we are sure you will be magnetized by looking straight over the decking area and infinity edge pool onto the ocean. This view is indeed breathtaking, so take your time and catch it.Who will be first to plunge in the pool ?
The Villa
The total build-up area is approximately 410sqm (200sqm living, 50sqm maid/storage/pump, 130sqm decking and 12x4m pool). All bedrooms, verandas, living and dining rooms are facing the sea.
A wash with nature light, the Thai inspired architecture yet contemporary stylish interior features a spacious combined living and dining area for six guests. You will appreciate an atmosphere surrounding by Asian arts and crafts in total comfort. All enclosed living areas are fully air conditioned plus ceiling fan
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with dish-washing machine, big fridge, microwave; high speed wireless internet connections. Two flat screen TV's - one in the living room with an accompanied DVD player and the other in the Master Bedroom are there for guests' enjoyment. All bathrooms also contain hair dryers.
This holiday villa has a total of three luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each of them offer the stunning ocean view over look the large private infinity edge pool, all for ultimate privacy and exclusivity.
Guests will have the support of cleaning staff and security personnel.
The Villa is within a 5 min short walking distance to the beach down at Ao Yon bay.
By car you have 10 min to Khao Khad Viewpoint, 7 min to Phuket's only aquarium, 15-20 min to Phuket town (shopping & Hospital), 30 min to the closest Golf club, 45 minutes from the airport.
